Founded in 1986, in Sarezzo, GSM Galvanica is specialized metal cleaning, frame galvanising, protective and coloured painting on brass, zamak, iron, aluminium and stainless steel.
Willpower, experience, passion and determination have been the key factors that have led us to be among the best companies in the sector since its foundation by Franco Svanera and his wife Vanda Guerra.
Factors that have been passed on to their sons Alessandro, Fabio and Michele, who, thanks also to a solid team, have led us to excellence, in tune with market needs and customers in every sector, who require decorative finishes of the highest quality.
All this is also possible thanks to the support and professionalism of Zoran, an irreplaceable chemist, and our team, its extraordinary work, strength and diversity, skills and individual abilities. We have everything we need to face each new challenge.
Our treatments improve the aesthetic and functional characteristics of a metal artefact through versatile and technologically advanced plants where computerised control of the processing stages in real time guarantees quality results.
Production is spread over 5,800 m² with a metal cleaning department equipped with five robotized islands robots, automatic machines and manual stations, click tables, flattening machines, two galvanic plants in line with six carriages with computerised control, two pressurised closed painting plants, one of which
fully automatic, for one- or two-component protective coatings, and an area with control, assembly and packaging benches.
In addition, we have ISO9001 and ISO14001 certification and a laboratory for analysis and strength tests.
